I took Gold loan from Rupeek and when gold rates were gone down they asked me to deposit difference amount and no one updated that if rates will go down need to pay difference amount and amount was very big for me.

So I could not pay so they auctioned my Gold and their auction team contacted me for signature and told me that after recovering load amount Rs. 30738 which they will transfer to my account after signing and submitting form.

So I did the same and after 45 days when I contacted them they said you have to pay 14000 then you will get money that process also no one updated me and even they refused me to provide me on mail.
