My poco x2 camera complaint is because of software updation. They are not providing any free replacement of any product. Asking for amount payment for the same. I asked any product with free replacement and they said only payment option is there for solution.Please do the needful ASAP....

Poco company given a update for mobile, After updated my phone speakers are not working. I called to service center, they told change mother board. Why I want change because they given up date after 10 minutes my speaker is no working. I asked to repair it they asking money....

My POCO X3 PRO when updated instantly got dead, its happening with this each and every model with customers. This is a serious issue. Poco should give compensation of my data and my phone without a single penny because its worth it.

We don't buy your phone's to get cheated, all our money earned is with our hard work. I want my product repaired or replaced anyhow. Expect they take this as a serious concern and give compensation to all Customers having this model.

They have found a new way of earning money and cheating customers. Now they are saying that repairing cost is 13K besides that they are not accepting that the model they manufactured is faulty.

Who is responsible for the data loss? Can they set a value for that I had in my phone? Legal and strict action such be taken against such loser brands and their all cheated customers should be paid.

Even Nokia did manufacture some of their phones faulty and they compensated with extending some warranty more on their devices. Apple too did it once but POCO is saying direct a Big NO to this because it seems that they have made a master plan to loot their customers like this.

I am such hopeless now, please give me some hope someone, Can't afford anything more loss now and don't have a phone also to use as of now because of this fraud and they asking money without my fault, its their fault of course....

Few days back I had received an software update after the update I was facing camera issue where I was unable to click pictures the next day when I went to xiaomi service center after diagnosing the device they said motherboard is being corrupted so it needs to be replaced.

And told me it will cost me around 9-10k since I know it's the companies fault because of the update they were denying the fact and also they said since the parts are not available instead they will provide me the older model of poco that's poco F1 -2018 model.

Which I don't feel it's appropriate the company itself tweeted few months back that they will provide us free repair for poco users, I kindly request to help out with a proper resolution either a free repair or else the free replacement either will do....

Dear sir/Madam,
I have a mobile named poco X2 which the camera death and the company also accepted that it is the common issue. around 0.2% people facing this issue and we will solve it. I have attached the official statement of poco India.

But the service center asking for extremely high charges saying it is motherboard issue. Once the customer care executive said that u have to make job sheet than after we can proceed but the job sheet charges also 118 which is already paid.

After that the concerned person denied saying it is motherboard issue and u have to pay rs ,10476.04 for old poco f1 which 5 years old phone. I have attached the job sheet number.

After giving rs 118 I called back to customer care now they denying saying that service decision is the final decision. I have voice recording of the conversation with customer care executive and also with the service center.

The service center person herself called me yesterday saying that you come to our service center we will repair it at free. I also have call recording for the same. I am requesting you to see the matter you can also check that I'm not the only one who is facing the same issue.

ഞാൻ 1 year മുന്നേ poco x2 എന്ന് പറയുന്ന ഒരു phone വാങ്ങി... കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം വന്ന software updation ചെയ്ത് കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ 2 ആഴ്ച മുന്നേ phone ന്റെ rear cam പോയ്‌... കഴിഞ്ഞു ദിവസം Touch ഉം പോയ്‌... Cam പോയ tym customer care ഇൽ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവർ പറഞ്ഞത് അടുത്ത് പത്തനംതിട്ടയിൽ ആണ് poco ടെ service center available അവിടെ കൊണ്ട് കാണിച്ചാൽ മതി എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു...

So ഞാൻ അവിടെ പോയ്‌.. അവിടെ കാണിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവർ പറഞ്ഞത് cmpy കാർ കഴിഞ്ഞ പ്രാവശ്യം തന്നെ software updation കാരണം ആയി ഇതിന്റ motherboard bug കയറി പോയതാണ് പുതിയത് വെക്കണം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു... അതിനായ് 10000(10k) ആവും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു... അവർ തന്ന updation ചെയ്തു phone complaint ആയതിനു അവർക്ക് തന്നെ നമ്മൾ cash pay ചെയ്തു ശരിയാക്കണം എന്നാണ് അവരുടെ നിലപാട്.

ഇതിനെതിരെ ശക്തമായ നടപടിക്രമങ്ങൾ എടുക്കണം എന്ന് ഞാൻ വിനീതമായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു... എനിക്ക് ആണേൽ online class ഉം ഇണ്ട് ഇത് കാരണമായി എന്റെ class എല്ലാം miss ആയി പോവുകയാണ്... എത്രയും പെട്ടന്ന് ഒരു നടപടി എടുക്കണം ഏന്മകജെ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു ...

I have purchased poco f3 gt few days ago and the phone condition is too bad. I am facing hearing issues and freezing and hanging. The same day when i unboxed the device the phone got hanged for 15 minutes.

I am facing issues with this phone and the flipkart is not giving me the refund. I have paid 28000 rupees fir this device and this phone started hanging from day first. I have got delivered the device by 26th October 2021.

I have uploaded the pics just look into it once. The camera both pics are same in night mode and in day mode also. Camera lens is also I think worst than ever....

I purchased the phone last year and the first complaint in the device was with the charging slot which dis functioned from nowhere and I repaired it from the nearby realme authorised showroom with amount of 600.

After one week all of a sudden the sim is not detecting in the device and I checked the complaint again with the showroom and they are saying the motherboard has been damaged and it needs a lot amount upto 7 thousand rupees so I didn't do the repair....
