My POCO X3 PRO when updated instantly got dead, its happening with this each and every model with customers. This is a serious issue. Poco should give compensation of my data and my phone without a single penny because its worth it.
We don't buy your phone's to get cheated, all our money earned is with our hard work. I want my product repaired or replaced anyhow. Expect they take this as a serious concern and give compensation to all Customers having this model.
They have found a new way of earning money and cheating customers. Now they are saying that repairing cost is 13K besides that they are not accepting that the model they manufactured is faulty.
Who is responsible for the data loss? Can they set a value for that I had in my phone? Legal and strict action such be taken against such loser brands and their all cheated customers should be paid.
Even Nokia did manufacture some of their phones faulty and they compensated with extending some warranty more on their devices. Apple too did it once but POCO is saying direct a Big NO to this because it seems that they have made a master plan to loot their customers like this.
I am such hopeless now, please give me some hope someone, Can't afford anything more loss now and don't have a phone also to use as of now because of this fraud and they asking money without my fault, its their fault of course.
