Few days back I had received an software update after the update I was facing camera issue where I was unable to click pictures the next day when I went to xiaomi service center after diagnosing the device they said motherboard is being corrupted so it needs to be replaced.

And told me it will cost me around 9-10k since I know it's the companies fault because of the update they were denying the fact and also they said since the parts are not available instead they will provide me the older model of poco that's poco F[Protected]model.

Which I don't feel it's appropriate the company itself tweeted few months back that they will provide us free repair for poco users, I kindly request to help out with a proper resolution either a free repair or else the free replacement either will do.
