Dear sir/Madam,
I have a mobile named poco X2 which the camera death and the company also accepted that it is the common issue. around 0.2% people facing this issue and we will solve it. I have attached the official statement of poco India.
But the service center asking for extremely high charges saying it is motherboard issue. Once the customer care executive said that u have to make job sheet than after we can proceed but the job sheet charges also 118 which is already paid.
After that the concerned person denied saying it is motherboard issue and u have to pay rs ,10476.04 for old poco f1 which 5 years old phone. I have attached the job sheet number.
After giving rs 118 I called back to customer care now they denying saying that service decision is the final decision. I have voice recording of the conversation with customer care executive and also with the service center.
The service center person herself called me yesterday saying that you come to our service center we will repair it at free. I also have call recording for the same. I am requesting you to see the matter you can also check that I'm not the only one who is facing the same issue.
