I have deposited 20000 INR in PARIMATCH on 26th July 2023 money deducted from my account successfully but till now I didn't receive my funds either in my gaming account nor refunded to my bank account I have sent some 150 mails they said fund's are safe not to worry we apologies for the delay and all but till now it is not resolved.... their common replies made me frustrated I am facing emotional and financial loss coz of parimatch.

I have submitted all the proofs they asked for they have agreed that my amount is there with them on mails but till now they are playing with my emotions and I am in need of my money still they are dragging and always consoling msgs only no resolution till now ....pls help as I am going thru though time with this fraud company called PARIMATCH....

I have made a deposit of Rs 10000 INR in my account with Parimatch registered with the following email address: [PROTECTED]@gmail.com. After depositing the amount, I get a bonus of 15000 INR to my account which I was unable to wager on any game as they said I could redeem it in some selected casino playing game but I was not interested. I requested them to cancel the bonus and refund my deposit, but they initially refused and told me to wait 30 days to get it credited.

After 30 days, I noticed that only 2900 INR had been credited and 7100 had been deducted. They said that since the bonus had not been used, this is the charged amount. I have already spoken to customer care, and they agreed to refund me, but still no resolution. I am very frustrated and do not want to interact with them anymore. I want to get the balance amount credited ASAP. I attached the customer care chat reply here....

28/11/2023 Withdraw separately Bkash BDT 1400 & Nagad BDT 1100 Tk.Parimatch showed me the notification bell icon where withdrawals are successful, But when I check my Wallet there is no money. 2 withdrawals are waste. When I contacted Parimatch about this, they said to submit an up to date wallet PDF statement copy.

I submitted but they didn't respond. When 2 days passed their argument to resubmit updated PDF copy. They daily waste statement time our & tell me to submit another update PDF Copy.I submitted all the documents that they required. But they were rolling with me. When I want proof from them like my document, they cut the chatting line. What services? Please, nobody can try to register their scam site. They are scammers....

I have requested a withdrawal amount of Rs. 2000 on 06.05.2023( i.e rupees 1000+ rupees 1000) from parimatch application . But the amount received in my account.
My player id is 623476786

Withdrawal show successful in their app But not received in my account..I already send them proof including bank statement pdf and screenshot via mail.i.e [PROTECTED]@parimatch.in Contacted them several times via email, and the only thing they are saying is, that they had approved the withdrawal and sent the to the payment system . And they cannot give me any time frame about how much time it will take. Till today I have emailed 10 times but every time the same kind of response..

I am mentally harrashed with their behaviour. Today is 4.11.2023 . No solution was given by them . ( they sticked on their app )Instead on focusing on their bank account Still this problem not solved by parimatch company. I dont expect this from this app that i will harrashed for my money.I request you to take Please take strict action on it . Otherwise in future many more people like me will be harashed for their hard earned money....

I have requested a withdrawal amount of Rs. 11500 on 30.09.2023 at around 1:30 PM.They had approved the withdrawal at around 3:30 PM the same day. But I'm yet to receive the amount.

Contacted them several times via email, and the only thing they are saying is, that they had approved the withdrawal and sent the to the payment system and now waiting for response. And they cannot give me any time frame about how much time it will take. Till today I have emailed 10 times but every time the same kind of response.. That their billing department contacting the payment provider and all....

My Parimatch User ID is : 156505759.

I have made a Deposit of Rs 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) via IMPS on 16th August, 2023 at 2:10 p.m with Transaction ID : [Protected]to Parimatch Account to a beneficiary "KHODIYAR ENTERPRISE" whose A/C No. is [Protected]and the Transfer was successful but the money didn't got added to Parimatch Account.

It has been 28 days since the deposit, but still the money didn't got added to Parimatch Account and neither it got refunded to my Bank A/C.Every time when I message them they inform me that "Be patient as the issue has been escalated to the Billing Department and will be resolved soon".

I sent all the documents that are with me for making them understand that it has been made to Parimatch only but still no resolution since 28 days. Everyday they are telling that "the experts are working on the issue and will be resolved soon". But soon didn't ended yet since 28 days.

Let me share you another information that on 15th August, 2023 i also deposited Rs 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) to Parimatch A/C with the same Beneficiary "KHODIYAR ENTERPRISE" with same A/C No. [Protected]at 4:44 p.m with Transaction ID: [Protected]. While that transaction got successful and added to Parimatch Account.

The Transactions with same Beneficiary with same A/C No. is done on 15th August, 2023 and 16th August,2023. But the Transaction made on 16th August, 2023 for Rs 2,00,000/- still not added to Parimatch Account since 28 days....

I deposited 1000 Rs and i made 1770 Rs and i made a withdrawal of 1000 Rs after sometimes i recieved a notification that your withdrawal is approved , but i didn’t recieve my money into my bank account . After sometimes my id got banned for no reason. Then i contacted parimatch through email and they asked me to send my aadhar photo and passbook photos and i also mailed them the documents , but they told me that i had chargeback so many times.

But i didn't did that , even I doesn’t know what is that chargeback means . If they want my account to be banned then they shouldn’t also accepted my deposit , but after depositing and made some money they banned my parimatch id . It’s completely planned by them , many peoples will blindly trust these kind of betting platforms , so pls help me to recover my money back . Thanks in advance....

I have withdrawal 11000 on date 1-08-2023. My withdrawal is successful but not received money from parimatch. They're saying that wait for some time have patience. My withdrawal is stuck for 9+ days i can't afford the big loss because I lost my job also....

Hello Everybody,
I made a withdrawal from parimatch of 1999 inr on 23rd july 2023 at 6:30pm and it showed success in app but i didn't received a single penny then i contacted the customer case they told me to wait for 3 more days then i again contacted them on 25th july 2023 then they told me to wait for total 5 days and holidays excluded and since then i am contacting them 3-5 times daily but still no update and its been 20+ days. Dont waste your money on this app you will never get the payout literally....

I had done a withdrawal of INR 200000 from parimatch on 15th July'2023 and it showed that amount has been transferred successfully to my account. I contacted the support team and they said to wait till 21st July as it takes maximum 7 working days for the amount to be reflected in account.

When i did not receive the amount on 21st July, again i contacted support team by mail and chat , then they asked me my bank statement which i shared immediately. It is 29th july today and i shared my bank statement 3 times but still i have not received my amount. support team is telling that we assure you that you will receive your funds soon,but they are not providing any solution. Also when i am asking to connect me to the senior authorities or billing department ,they are telling they don't have access to provide that.

when i am contacting support team by email and chat atleast 10 times a day but they are giving same reply that your request has been forwarded to payment department,they are working on it,please have patience,you will receive your funds very soon. i am getting this message since 21st july when i shared my bank statement. Please help me to get my amount either in my bank account or back to my betting ID.This amount is very urgent for me as i have to pay my EMIs on my loans which i took and lost on PARIMATCH.

I am feeling like they are doing fraud, but it is the first time i faced this issue, otherwise i was always able to deposit and withdraw amount and if any issue occurred ,it was resolve in maximum 7 days....
