I have made a deposit of Rs 10000 INR in my account with Parimatch registered with the following email address: [PROTECTED]@gmail.com. After depositing the amount, I get a bonus of 15000 INR to my account which I was unable to wager on any game as they said I could redeem it in some selected casino playing game but I was not interested. I requested them to cancel the bonus and refund my deposit, but they initially refused and told me to wait 30 days to get it credited.
After 30 days, I noticed that only 2900 INR had been credited and 7100 had been deducted. They said that since the bonus had not been used, this is the charged amount. I have already spoken to customer care, and they agreed to refund me, but still no resolution. I am very frustrated and do not want to interact with them anymore. I want to get the balance amount credited ASAP. I attached the customer care chat reply here.
