My television is under repair since last months now. I’ve lodged a complaint with OnePlus Customer care. Till date the issue has not been resolved nor any technician has even visited to at least check on the issue. I’ve been calling the customer care every 7-10 days now to get updates & I’ve been sending e-mails to follow-up, but in vain.

It’s been embarrassing to me in front of my family members & many guests & neighbors who visit my house to sit in front of this blank television. It is also very disheartening for my family members to spend their lonely time without any entertainment from this television which was the subject matter in buying the same.

I’m deeply hurt with the quality of the product & the services as well. Kindly help me resolve the issue directing the company to provide quick service or an immediate replacement of this television shall be highly appreciated....

I Ordered 50 Inches one plus TV few months back and within 3 months the TV stopped working. We raised complaint in one plus and they said they within 15 days the issue will be resolved. Even after 2 months the issue is still open. Now they say TV will be replaced with a new one but day by day they are just increasing the time lines. Its been more than 2 months we haven't received replaced TV yet. They are just making fool of customers.I want my TV to be replaced as soon as possible....

I changed my damaged display of my phone oneplus 6T one week back with paying Rs. 8254. After changing my display I was unable to unlock it with the use of fingerprints. So service center ask me to take a backup of my phone and come back for configuration. I gave my phone for configuration today evening.

I don't know what they have done but my display was damaged from the bottom of my phone and they are now not responding for that problem. Now they told me that this is not one problem. Your motherboard is damaged. But I gave them properly functioning phone. They misbehaved with me and my wife.

I want a strict action against them. There service is too poor that even after taking 7 days for display change they are unable to satisfy a customer even after I paid approx 8000 rupees for it....

I have ordered an one plus 9 bundle which include 1 backpack 1 hat & 4000 rupees voucher which has to be delivered within 24 hrs of delivery of bundle. I got the bundle which included bag & hat on 10th April & calling continuously for my 4000 rupees voucher but no one is ready to help since today i.e 13th April 5:30 pm.

They only telling me one thing that the back team is working on my complaint
