I changed my damaged display of my phone oneplus 6T one week back with paying Rs. 8254. After changing my display I was unable to unlock it with the use of fingerprints. So service center ask me to take a backup of my phone and come back for configuration. I gave my phone for configuration today evening.
I don't know what they have done but my display was damaged from the bottom of my phone and they are now not responding for that problem. Now they told me that this is not one problem. Your motherboard is damaged. But I gave them properly functioning phone. They misbehaved with me and my wife.
I want a strict action against them. There service is too poor that even after taking 7 days for display change they are unable to satisfy a customer even after I paid approx 8000 rupees for it.
