My television is under repair since last months now. I’ve lodged a complaint with OnePlus Customer care. Till date the issue has not been resolved nor any technician has even visited to at least check on the issue. I’ve been calling the customer care every 7-10 days now to get updates & I’ve been sending e-mails to follow-up, but in vain.
It’s been embarrassing to me in front of my family members & many guests & neighbors who visit my house to sit in front of this blank television. It is also very disheartening for my family members to spend their lonely time without any entertainment from this television which was the subject matter in buying the same.
I’m deeply hurt with the quality of the product & the services as well. Kindly help me resolve the issue directing the company to provide quick service or an immediate replacement of this television shall be highly appreciated.
