I Ordered 50 Inches one plus TV few months back and within 3 months the TV stopped working. We raised complaint in one plus and they said they within 15 days the issue will be resolved. Even after 2 months the issue is still open. Now they say TV will be replaced with a new one but day by day they are just increasing the time lines. Its been more than 2 months we haven't received replaced TV yet. They are just making fool of customers.I want my TV to be replaced as soon as possible.
