I took the delivery of Ola S1 Pro Gen 2 on 11/02/2024. Besides facing careless and rude delivery staff, I faced an issue when I took the vehicle for the first ride. and I faced a strange sound with the front fork. I felt it was not tightened properly. When I checked it with the mechanic who was at onsite, he said that it will be set right on its own, after riding for a few hundred kilometers.

As of today, 8/3/2024, I continue to face the issue along with other issues listed below:
1. Front fork Assembly noise
2. Seat caves in on the right side when going over speed breakers, causing imbalance to the rider.
3. The plastic case covering the belt was not fixed properly and it slowly got released from it's position and kept dangling. This is a very bad experience.
4. It's going to be close to a month since I took delivery of the vehicle, and till now I didn't get a call for permanent registration at the RTO.
5. When trying to book a slot to fix these issues, I've not been able to find a slot anywhere in Hyderabad.

If within the first month of delivery I experienced so many issues, I wonder how many more issues I have to face!

I'm reaching out regarding my Ola S1 Pro (Gen2) electric scooter, registered on [Protected]with the registration number KA 20 HC 4208. I encountered a concerning issue recently. On Jan 25th, I placed my Ola scooter on Vacation mode. Upon returning on Feb 3rd, I was dismayed to find that despite attempting to charge it, the scooter wouldn't start.Subsequently, I raised a complaint (Order #01986571) with Ola customer service, hoping for a swift resolution. Regrettably, despite raising multiple follow-up complaints, the issue persisted.

Finally, after numerous attempts, order number #02262911 prompted action, and my scooter was towed to the Udupi Ola Service Center.However, to my disbelief, I was informed that the battery had deep discharged and needed replacement at my expense.This revelation is deeply concerning, as my scooter is still well within its warranty period, having been only 4 months since purchase.

It's disheartening to encounter such a significant issue so early in my ownership experience, especially with a critical component like the battery.I urge Ola Electric to review my case promptly and honor the warranty agreement by covering the replacement cost of the battery. I trust Ola Electric to rectify this issue swiftly and uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction and quality assurance....

Purchased Ola Electric S1 X plus on 29 dec 2023 from my credit card against order IDOET-[Protected]MSX905 and cancel my order on 22/1/2024 due to delay in delivery and no any update by Guwahati showroom. but till my refund is not credited in my yes bank credit card. i also received mail from ola regarding Your request for cancellation is successful and the refund has been initiated on 22/01/2024 . In my app showing refund successful on 22/01/2024. but no refund credited.I also mailed ola support regarding this but no any reply.Mitu Singhvi....

I have booked ola S1 X plus on 6th December and cancelled the same on 7th December. Made the full payment through credit card. 2 Emi has already paid but still no refund by Ola.Everyday i am dropping a mail to support mail id but no response.No phone number provided for complaints....

Its been 2 months since I have submitted bank details and still I have not received refund, the app is worthless no update there, still showing it will be credited by 31st Oct 23, while today's date is 05th Dec 23. I have been following up with store manager in Ahmedabad but he is also helpless saying there is no support from higher authorities regarding the same. Kindly help....

I cancelled my order of Ola S1 Air from Ola Electric Order ID: OET-[Protected]LZI304 on 17th August and it has been over 12 days, I have not received the refund. According to the company policy the refund is completed within 7-10 days.Inspite of several emails and Calls the customer support is not responding. I have even been charged for the first emi from my Credit card and the second emi from Ola has already been posted. The Credit card emi is due and Ola is not processing the refund nor answering any calls or emails....

My father had booked Ola S1 Pro on 28th May, 2023 (Order ID: 0523-FNC973) with a down payment of Rs. 45,000 and took a vehicle loan for 1,03,999. Later on they withdrew the subsidy and started asking for Rs. 15000 more so we cancelled the order on 2nd June, 2023. On various rounds of talks with the outlet manager where we booked the vehicle, we could manage to get back the Rs. 45,000 (down payment) but the loan was disbursed and we sent various emails to the Ola Customer Care email but got no material response in return just automated messages to wait for 7-10 days for refund.

My father is old and has been going through so much of stress because of this company, the bank which provided the loan hasn't got the money back and after a month of cancellation - my dad's account was debited for the EMI amount for a vehicle which we don't have in possession in first place. How unethical is this for a company?

There is no proper customer support and resolve mechanism, he has been visiting the company outlet to help him return the money to the bank. This is completely not acceptable and unprofessional for a company towards its customers....

I have Ordered Ola S1 Scooter on 17th may Order ID : 0523-ELD312. By paying full amount with my one card . On 1st June they have messaged me to pay 15K then only we will deliver the scooter. I have cancelled my order on June 2nd . I got message with 7 to 10 days money will refund. but still today it is 20 days.

I have not got my refund money to my account. I have trying to call customer support daily & many emails was written to ola support to help me out. but i didn't got any response from them. please help me....
