Purchased Ola Electric S1 X plus on 29 dec 2023 from my credit card against order IDOET-[Protected]MSX905 and cancel my order on 22/1/2024 due to delay in delivery and no any update by Guwahati showroom. but till my refund is not credited in my yes bank credit card. i also received mail from ola regarding Your request for cancellation is successful and the refund has been initiated on 22/01/2024 . In my app showing refund successful on 22/01/2024. but no refund credited.I also mailed ola support regarding this but no any reply.Mitu Singhvi.
