I cancelled my order of Ola S1 Air from Ola Electric Order ID: OET-[Protected]LZI304 on 17th August and it has been over 12 days, I have not received the refund. According to the company policy the refund is completed within 7-10 days.Inspite of several emails and Calls the customer support is not responding. I have even been charged for the first emi from my Credit card and the second emi from Ola has already been posted. The Credit card emi is due and Ola is not processing the refund nor answering any calls or emails.
