I have Ordered Ola S1 Scooter on 17th may Order ID : 0523-ELD312. By paying full amount with my one card . On 1st June they have messaged me to pay 15K then only we will deliver the scooter. I have cancelled my order on June 2nd . I got message with 7 to 10 days money will refund. but still today it is 20 days.
I have not got my refund money to my account. I have trying to call customer support daily & many emails was written to ola support to help me out. but i didn't got any response from them. please help me.
