I had purchased a product on Netmeds and had recieved a damaged product. Hence I had placed a return request and the product was returned. I had insisted netmeds in the return communication to send refund amount to my original source of payment. But still they added it to NMS wallet.

I had contacted Netmeds customer care to transfer the refund to my bank account and they asked me to share the cancelled cheque leaf and mentioned in the email that it would take 2-3 weeks for refund to get credited in my bank account, whereas the refund processing duration mentioned on Netmeds website is maximum of 7-10days.

However, after sharing all the details netmeds confirmed that they have transferred the refund amount from NMS wallet to the original source of payment (which is different from the cancelled cheque leaf that I had provided to them). I got a confirmation mail from Netmeds that refund was initiated on 18th March. But till date (as on 13th April), I have not received the refund amount in my bank account.

I have followed up multiple times via email regarding the pending refund amount and still there is no proper communication or resolution from Netmeds. Please credit the refund of. Rs 1125 to my bank account....

Discount Fraud, cheating customers !!

On 26.01.23, I received a SMS from Netmeds offering 26% grand sale discount on republic day having coupon code GRAND26. Immediately I ordered medicines, order no.[Protected]ASO2. While placing order, I had put the desired coupon code which was validated by Netmeds system confirming "Coupon code applied". I also paid billed amount online on good faith. I did not notice that offered discount was not given. On delivery of the ordered items along with bill, I noticed that discount figure in all items are zero Immediately, I contacted customer care of Netmeds and informed for not giving 26% offered discount. I also sent an email to Netmeds requesting to refund the discount proceeds as promised.

Regular follow up through email and telecon done with customer care. They denied discounts on my order. Being a senior citizen, I did not expect such type of manipulative and deceitful practices from Netmeds. Requesting the concerned authority to look into the matter and arrange refund of my discount proceeds....

I ordered Matte Nude Unique Lipstick on 25 Aug 2022. Time 10.20am Ordered it I'd Sub Order Id [Protected]_1 products price 132 Rs And I ordered another product this product on Women High waist stright Fit Denim Jeans, 22August 2022, Time 11.11 PM this product order I'd Sub Order ID [Protected]_1 & products price 514Rs. But these 2 products were not delivered on time, and finally decided to cancel the products but there was no cancel option in Meesho app. Then I had to suck the return & refund option. But after that 2 no products were not even delivered at home,I didn't get my refund, didn't even get the wrong products, I made huge calls to customer care, how many times I also raised complaints, but no reward.

I ordered another product , premium huda matte finish lipstick set of 12 lipsticks, order I'd Sub Order ID [Protected]_1, I ordered was 18august 2022, Time 7.42 pm, Products price 299Rs . But the quantity of that product was not good quality, so I returned those products, the product will also be pickup. But I haven't got a refund for that product yet. I made a lot of calls to the customer care, also raised the complaint, but I did not get the right guidance, no I did not get any reward from the customer care. please help me get my return refund in bank account.

On 16july 2022I ordered a shampoo from netmedsat 208 rs and then cancelled it amount was deducted from my sodexo idfc card but i didn't receive the refund yet there policy is of 7-9 it's been now 16 days i didn't receive the refund they are just changing dates but not giving refund i please request you to look into my complaint and help me for refund....

They are don't delivered my medicine on time i have call so much time customer care but they said it's delivered by today by 24 hours in last 4 days but they still not delivered my medicine.

And after that I said to that cancel my order refund my amount they also not....

I had ordered 7 medicine bottles from netmeds app out of which 4 were leaked. I mailed about the issue to netmeds team and also sent them the images they asked. They assured me that the leaked bottles will be picked up and I will get refund. But nobody came till now. I got no refund also. The order ID is [Protected]MSO1. Please help me to get refund for the damaged products from netmeds....

I had ordered medicine on 20th April, the estimated delivery date was 27th April. But in 28th April i got only 2 items, other 2 items has not reached yet. The medicines is for my grandma (age-70).

Those are very essential. For netmeds my grandma may face high health risk. Their customer representative are also lying, whenever i call them, they are saying don't worry you will get it by today. So i need action against netmeds....

I have ordered few medicines on 18th March 2022, which are very essential for my high BP and Asthma based on the Estimated Delivery as March [Protected]. But still it has not delivered and my BP has gone high from 130 to 170 now.

Moreover, the complete amount of Rs.1737 was already paid to them while ordering the medicines. Even after registering the multiple complaints, nobody has taken any actions.

I have raised to the courier team ECOM EXPRESS as well but there is no luck from anyone. As a customer, I supposed to get the medicines on time but here it has taken very very huge time.

I am attaching the snapshot below. Request you to kindly check and Please do the needful. Please do let me know incase of any further requirements. I am attaching the order OD with netmeds below

I ordered medicines from netmeds online and made the payment via bank. Order was supposed to be delivered on 1 March but I haven't received it till date and I have been calling on customer care number.

But all my efforts are in vain as they kept on repeating the same thing that it will deliver tomm most probably and I have requested them to let me talk to senior executive, they didn't let me.

I order medicines in bulk for my parents every month from netmeds app. The last order that I placed which was around a month ago, had 2 medicines which I wanted to return as the doctor had changed it.

I placed the return, the delivery guy came and I gave him both the medicines (total 5 strips). Next day the same delivery guy came and asked for another return which was one of the medicine that i already gave to him the previous day.

I explained it to him and he told me that he'll cancel today's return as all the medicine would reach to netmeds office and you'll get the refund. Today it has been more than 10 days since the return and I haven't received any refund.

I have raised the complain around 5 times to the customer care of netmeds and they are not providing any solution. Every time I call them they just ask me to wait for 24 hours and nothing has changed since then.

I have contacted them through every medium be it mail, calls or text but I am not getting any support. I want my refund which is around rs. 1100 and over that I need compensation for the delay and poor customer service that they have provided....
