I ordered Matte Nude Unique Lipstick on 25 Aug 2022. Time 10.20am Ordered it I'd Sub Order Id [Protected]_1 products price 132 Rs And I ordered another product this product on Women High waist stright Fit Denim Jeans, 22August 2022, Time 11.11 PM this product order I'd Sub Order ID [Protected]_1 & products price 514Rs. But these 2 products were not delivered on time, and finally decided to cancel the products but there was no cancel option in Meesho app. Then I had to suck the return & refund option. But after that 2 no products were not even delivered at home,I didn't get my refund, didn't even get the wrong products, I made huge calls to customer care, how many times I also raised complaints, but no reward.
I ordered another product , premium huda matte finish lipstick set of 12 lipsticks, order I'd Sub Order ID [Protected]_1, I ordered was 18august 2022, Time 7.42 pm, Products price 299Rs . But the quantity of that product was not good quality, so I returned those products, the product will also be pickup. But I haven't got a refund for that product yet. I made a lot of calls to the customer care, also raised the complaint, but I did not get the right guidance, no I did not get any reward from the customer care. please help me get my return refund in bank account.
