Discount Fraud, cheating customers !!
On 26.01.23, I received a SMS from Netmeds offering 26% grand sale discount on republic day having coupon code GRAND26. Immediately I ordered medicines, order no.[Protected]ASO2. While placing order, I had put the desired coupon code which was validated by Netmeds system confirming "Coupon code applied". I also paid billed amount online on good faith. I did not notice that offered discount was not given. On delivery of the ordered items along with bill, I noticed that discount figure in all items are zero Immediately, I contacted customer care of Netmeds and informed for not giving 26% offered discount. I also sent an email to Netmeds requesting to refund the discount proceeds as promised.
Regular follow up through email and telecon done with customer care. They denied discounts on my order. Being a senior citizen, I did not expect such type of manipulative and deceitful practices from Netmeds. Requesting the concerned authority to look into the matter and arrange refund of my discount proceeds.
