I order medicines in bulk for my parents every month from netmeds app. The last order that I placed which was around a month ago, had 2 medicines which I wanted to return as the doctor had changed it.
I placed the return, the delivery guy came and I gave him both the medicines (total 5 strips). Next day the same delivery guy came and asked for another return which was one of the medicine that i already gave to him the previous day.
I explained it to him and he told me that he'll cancel today's return as all the medicine would reach to netmeds office and you'll get the refund. Today it has been more than 10 days since the return and I haven't received any refund.
I have raised the complain around 5 times to the customer care of netmeds and they are not providing any solution. Every time I call them they just ask me to wait for 24 hours and nothing has changed since then.
I have contacted them through every medium be it mail, calls or text but I am not getting any support. I want my refund which is around rs. 1100 and over that I need compensation for the delay and poor customer service that they have provided.
