Its a very fraud company I Order Mini air cooler i paid thru internet banking on 17/04/2022 but no response and no any delivery. its a fraud company . Now I am going take police help on it. I received mail from Lacsha your order booked but now i make complain so they said your mail id is not registered....

Sir, I was place an order for mini air cooler to online shopping site viz. Lacasha.com vide order no.171156 date 26.4.2022 by payment online through my credit card debited to Link Aggregator Ecomm, Delhi for Rs. 849

But till date i have not yet been received. My question is how can Banks register such fraudulent online shopping merchants I think that company's existence is no more and they're looted money from various online payment people as complained in your site.

I therefore request you to kindly necessary legal steps against the online cheating shopping company so that i may get my product or money refund....

I have ordered a Mini Air cooler model no. SKU:MC10 from cheating online shopping viz Lacasha.com and prepaid an amount of Rs.849 to Link Aggregator Ecomm, Delhi as per my credit card statement.

But the Lacasha.com site is still showing is in under process till date. I have emailed on several times to Lacasha.com but no reply. I therefore request you to please necessary steps to the above mentioned fraudulent online shopping merchant and state your position in this subject.

I have placed order worth Rs 1447/- paid through paytm on 09.05.22 on the website of lacasha. it is showing as processing till date and i have not received anything from their side till date.

I am attaching the images from their site acknowledging the order and payment through paytm. i have sent mails on their contact us platform many times but there is no response.

They have not provided any order number on my registered email id, as is claimed by them. i happened to google search today about their credentials and i came across Complaint room where i saw so many complaints filed by so many customers against lacasha.

However i could not see if any of those complaints are resolved and what action will be taken by complaint room against my complaint. nevertheless, i am submitting my complaint in the hope that i will get my hard earned money refunded....

I placed an order of 239 rs. It was supposed to be shipped within 5-7 days. its been more than 7 days and my order hasn't yet arrive. Its prepaid order and no customer care number is available in their website.

I need help from you guys. Really disappointed by this sort of fraud....

I have ordered a mini cooler on 15.04.2022 vide order no #144449 and payment through online on the same day vide transaction ID T[Protected]and collect id PTM[Protected]7.
