I have placed order worth Rs 1447/- paid through paytm on 09.05.22 on the website of lacasha. it is showing as processing till date and i have not received anything from their side till date.

I am attaching the images from their site acknowledging the order and payment through paytm. i have sent mails on their contact us platform many times but there is no response.

They have not provided any order number on my registered email id, as is claimed by them. i happened to google search today about their credentials and i came across Complaint room where i saw so many complaints filed by so many customers against lacasha.

However i could not see if any of those complaints are resolved and what action will be taken by complaint room against my complaint. nevertheless, i am submitting my complaint in the hope that i will get my hard earned money refunded.
