I ordered a canon DSLR camera from grabgear.in (KLVSTC international)on 17.9.2022 with ORDER #KL206119, I ordered from their website because they were showing proper gstin number . Now to claim warranty of the product.

I want the invoice but the company is not there through out the internet, their website deleted and their app also, but after searching I found they are running new website named unboxify.in . Now the product is also fake , not original , as the website. So I want KLVSTC to please take back the product and refund my money Rs 49495....

I paid ₹999 via phone online to KLVSTC INTERNATIONAL company to order some product in Unboxify website, but my payment was debited and i didn't get my product delivered yet.. So i want my money refund to my account... Please i requested you to refund my money....

I placed an order on [Protected]:55 through their website "unboxify.in", vide order no #KL2327918UN through credit card. Next day, on [Protected]:43 I asked for cancellation of the same by following the instructions as described on their website. According to their website "unboxify.in", cancellation and refund is possible within 24 hours of order placement where 5% of the product amount will be charged by sending a message on their whatsapp number +[Protected].

Though the cancellation message has been read by them and answered , they are now delivering the product forcibly. Multiple emails and messages have been sent to stop the delivery and cancel the order from my side but they are not responding to any of them. Under this circumstance I beg your help into this matter so that I can get justice....

I ordered earbuds from unboxify site. But I place the order via COD. But I place the order before I could enter the address or login into the account so I got the receipt without any address and my payment has been transaction and has been debited from Account.

So I was concerned if my order will arrive to me or will my payment be invalid.I have been trying to contact them since then now its been a week. No single response was obtained till now. No updates nothing....

I had purchased one Samsung Galaxy ear buds, it was delivered on 27.03.2023. After a full charge it was connected to my phone, found out that right ear buds has a charging problem. I have opted for replacement from the company. Today (29.03.2023) I received a email of denied replacement. Pls help me in resolving the issue....

The Product delivered is not authorized Product as per the description and some parts are missing in the package with order #KL2313628UN on 23rd March.

Hi Team,
I placed order #KL2313628UN on 23rd March, and it was delivered to me on 25th March, And in the Product description it is mentioned like it is authorized with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty, if it is not Authentic products 2x the price back will be given.

I contacted Online and offline customer care and service centers, they are mentioning like this product is not authorized and seller also not authorized. I tried to reach the mobile number mentioned in the Invoice i.e., [Protected], but there is no answer, and even i contacted through whatsapp, but nobody is responding.

How to register warranty for this product The Product is not an authentic product, and also eartips of small(S), Medium(M) side are missing, and cable for charging is not original. Charging case charging, also not tested as of now, will be updating you on that issue as well later.

Please kindly respond and let me know the solution for this issue, as the return period is left for just 5 days, send me an Authentic product with all eartips, original charging cable otherwise as it is not authentic, send me 2x the price back as promised. I am going to raise a Case in the Consumer forum, if you are not going to respond, as there is already a 3 days delay. Please find the attached....

I ordered Lenovo M8 FHD Tablet - Wifi + 4G (4gb ram +64 GB ROM) Variant on 15 march, Order #KL2312108UN for INR 8490 Online payment. They operate under two websites unboxify.in and grabgear.in. They sell unboxed product.

I have not received my product till date. They gave a blue dart tracking link (Tracking Airwaybill: #[Protected]), but it shows a fake location as the product is still not handed over to Blue dart. I just want my money back or the product to be delivered....

I wanted a smartwatch and searched online and came across the grabgear.in website. There was listed unboxed products which they claim only unboxed and the product is new. So i verified the site online and make a trust on them and bought unboxed Samsung galaxy 46mm smartwatch for 8990/- and paid online. Order ID - [Protected]and invoice number is #KL205323. They shipped the product through bluedart tracking ID- #[Protected]on 7th July 2022, the product reached to me on 9th July 2022 i was not not home due to weekend product received by my maid.

I opened the parcel on Monday 11th July 2022, to my surprise the box was of different galaxy lte version model and the product was too old and having lots of scratches on the body and back,, too much wear and tear signs on the watch. I power on the watch to my surprise bezel rotating function was not working i reset the watch but it's remained faulty. Actually the product is defective and old so i immediately complained on their WhatsApp number but not got any response.

Afterwards by various attempts i registered the return pickup as per 7 days policy on their website, but within some time in the name of unboxed policy and terms and conditions they denied my request to replace the watch or refund the money. I felt cheated, this are fraudulent people in white collar. I am in Maharashtra and their store is in rajasthan. The KLVSTC INTERNATIONAL is a fraud who runs grabgear.in. they cheat innocent people.

I don't want this watch anymore from them, I wanted a refund. In a period of tine I am going to expose on social media platforms....
