I placed an order on [Protected]:55 through their website "unboxify.in", vide order no #KL2327918UN through credit card. Next day, on [Protected]:43 I asked for cancellation of the same by following the instructions as described on their website. According to their website "unboxify.in", cancellation and refund is possible within 24 hours of order placement where 5% of the product amount will be charged by sending a message on their whatsapp number +[Protected].

Though the cancellation message has been read by them and answered , they are now delivering the product forcibly. Multiple emails and messages have been sent to stop the delivery and cancel the order from my side but they are not responding to any of them. Under this circumstance I beg your help into this matter so that I can get justice.
