KLVSTC INTERNATIONAL: Delivered defective product

I had purchased one Samsung Galaxy ear buds, it was delivered on 27.03.2023. After a full charge it was connected to my phone, found out that right ear buds has a charging problem. I have opted for replacement from the company. Today (29.03.2023) I received a email of denied replacement. Pls help me in resolving the issue.
