The Product delivered is not authorized Product as per the description and some parts are missing in the package with order #KL2313628UN on 23rd March.
Hi Team,
I placed order #KL2313628UN on 23rd March, and it was delivered to me on 25th March, And in the Product description it is mentioned like it is authorized with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty, if it is not Authentic products 2x the price back will be given.
I contacted Online and offline customer care and service centers, they are mentioning like this product is not authorized and seller also not authorized. I tried to reach the mobile number mentioned in the Invoice i.e., [Protected], but there is no answer, and even i contacted through whatsapp, but nobody is responding.
How to register warranty for this product The Product is not an authentic product, and also eartips of small(S), Medium(M) side are missing, and cable for charging is not original. Charging case charging, also not tested as of now, will be updating you on that issue as well later.
Please kindly respond and let me know the solution for this issue, as the return period is left for just 5 days, send me an Authentic product with all eartips, original charging cable otherwise as it is not authentic, send me 2x the price back as promised. I am going to raise a Case in the Consumer forum, if you are not going to respond, as there is already a 3 days delay. Please find the attached.
