They don't respond once you pay them. I have been following up with them since last few weeks they really don't respond any of email and what's up. I feel they do fraud customer money and sending very worst product. I have ordered one product from them and literally the quality of product was very very bad and I sent them the photos and video but they don't respond post that email and what's up. They know very well about their fault product hence they don't reply. Be careful before buying any product from them by just seeing the nice picture in website....I will never ever tell to my friends or colleagues to go to this website and order its useless....

We ordered customised gift set from Homafy on 20th Nov. We received the package with missing item. Our order number is 356227, we raise ticked and are Al behind them to resolve our query but they are not responding to us. We have provided them with all photos and videos of the package received, even the package is so small the the item Missing will not come in the package. They are the worst online gifting site. They don't even respond to quesies. We ordered this customized combo and paid for all items in this and we didn't receive all items. It was very disheartening when they were not even responding on call or mail.

We raised a ticket for not receiving all items, added video and photos but it has been more than 2 weeks we are still struggling to resolve this. They don't even care to respond to their customer issues such a worse experience. I would never suggest anyone to buy anything from Homafy. Worse experience. Every day we call them and there is no response once in 4 to 5 days they receive and there is only one reply we are looking into it. It has been more than a week since they are still looking into this matter. Homafy.com....

They are fraud they didn't respond after payment they deliver very low oil painting after complaint they will reply automatically generated already typed messages they didn't resolve or respond...oil painting was worst disgusting or i have no words to explain their behavior they are totally fraud plz don't waste your money....

I placed an order for three customised rakhis and they delivered only one out of three. When complained they assured that other two rakhis will be delivered within 6-7 days, but they never delivered them. Now they have stopped responding to emails to refund partially for two rakhis.

Highly disappointed with customer service and repenting why i placed an order at first place. Moreover they only show positive reviews and have not given an option to submit a review on their website, be careful before placing an order with them....

I had ordered customized oil painting at homafy.com website on 8th may.The given dateline of delivery was 8 to 10 days.I had made online payment by gpay an amount of rupees1599 in full.The order tracking shows that the item is still in transit but no detail is available after 18th may 2023.There is no update on the delivery and the occasion for which it was ordered will be soon over.My order number is 245524....

I ordered neon lights from Homafy ( Better Together). It only worked for some couple of days and didn't sustain even for a week. The letter B stopped glowing. I mailed homafy if they can either get it fixed or replaced and then they have to say they only take complains on 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

I received the product on 2nd May and the product stopped working from 10th May! I am sure there must a soldering issue but what kind of product are they delivering !!! Cant even sustain for a week?? I gifted it to a newly married couple. They got it fixed in a wall by drilling holes and now that has stopped working. This is so not done. Worst customer experience.

Their company should be banned for such horrible service. I lost my 4k because of this horrible customer service....

Very poor service. My mehendi function is on 8th hence I requested them to deliver or cancel my order before they process it. Now they are saying order has been prepared and yet to dispatch but it will deliver after my function. I paid 1000/- rs and pathetic customer service very rude, arrogant people and her name is Sakshi disgusting.

she is saying she can’t cancel that to she is giving like free for us. I request to other people don’t order with them. They will waste your money and time and spoil your big day. And please help me to get my refund....

I have purchased personalized water bottle with Mug set. When I received the product, after few days of using it got rusted from inside. When I complaint to Homafy they replaced the product with new water bottle.But again that new water bottle is rusted . When I called their customer care they said they will again replaced the product. But Now they are asking for unboxing video of both bottle.In there e-mail there is not mentioned for the same.

I don't have video so they said they will not escalated my complaint.How pathetic service is given by Homafy. When i told them if I haven't received any revert on email from your side I will go to consumer court.So after that they send me mail for video of unboxing the product which I don't have. And I earlier also mentioned to the same in my e-mail.Now they declined to escalate the complaint....

The big "Made in India" tag on the Homafy site is the biggest lie ever. I ordered a personalized gift package from Homafy in Oct 2022, idea of personalized gift is great. but the products used are worst. The package I ordered has 5 items, 1 water bottle, wallet, passport cover, bike key chain and specs cover.

The water bottle is the cheapest every I have seen - from China, already rusted completely inside and unusable. The other products are kind of ok, but the name tag and charms are already lost on 2 of them. WORST PRODUCT FOR Rs. 2,399....
