I have purchased personalized water bottle with Mug set. When I received the product, after few days of using it got rusted from inside. When I complaint to Homafy they replaced the product with new water bottle.But again that new water bottle is rusted . When I called their customer care they said they will again replaced the product. But Now they are asking for unboxing video of both bottle.In there e-mail there is not mentioned for the same.
I don't have video so they said they will not escalated my complaint.How pathetic service is given by Homafy. When i told them if I haven't received any revert on email from your side I will go to consumer court.So after that they send me mail for video of unboxing the product which I don't have. And I earlier also mentioned to the same in my e-mail.Now they declined to escalate the complaint.
