We ordered customised gift set from Homafy on 20th Nov. We received the package with missing item. Our order number is 356227, we raise ticked and are Al behind them to resolve our query but they are not responding to us. We have provided them with all photos and videos of the package received, even the package is so small the the item Missing will not come in the package. They are the worst online gifting site. They don't even respond to quesies. We ordered this customized combo and paid for all items in this and we didn't receive all items. It was very disheartening when they were not even responding on call or mail.

We raised a ticket for not receiving all items, added video and photos but it has been more than 2 weeks we are still struggling to resolve this. They don't even care to respond to their customer issues such a worse experience. I would never suggest anyone to buy anything from Homafy. Worse experience. Every day we call them and there is no response once in 4 to 5 days they receive and there is only one reply we are looking into it.
