I placed an order for three customised rakhis and they delivered only one out of three. When complained they assured that other two rakhis will be delivered within 6-7 days, but they never delivered them. Now they have stopped responding to emails to refund partially for two rakhis.

Highly disappointed with customer service and repenting why i placed an order at first place. Moreover they only show positive reviews and have not given an option to submit a review on their website, be careful before placing an order with them.
