I ordered neon lights from Homafy ( Better Together). It only worked for some couple of days and didn't sustain even for a week. The letter B stopped glowing. I mailed homafy if they can either get it fixed or replaced and then they have to say they only take complains on 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

I received the product on 2nd May and the product stopped working from 10th May! I am sure there must a soldering issue but what kind of product are they delivering !!! Cant even sustain for a week?? I gifted it to a newly married couple. They got it fixed in a wall by drilling holes and now that has stopped working. This is so not done. Worst customer experience.

Their company should be banned for such horrible service. I lost my 4k because of this horrible customer service.
