We have booked tickets with meals air India express Amount was full cleared with meals but at boarding. Thay at not showing miles But ticket amounts caw full with miles Its mean all frauds, know we are traveling from GAU to BLR than what about our meals....

There is no contact details of the customer care, no email id, one number which never allows to talk to the rep. Goibibo is fraud company, they book buses which are not even available and keep the money. the bus never shows up and neither they refund the money.

I am never letting anyone use goibibo again. worst travel experience ever. I booked a bus from Goa to Hyd, the bus did not show up, I raised request to refund the money, they closed the ticket saying refund done but I did not get any money back. booking id - GOBUSDT559120D3D....

I have booked bus ticket through goibibo and paid the amount of 450 but when I reached to the bus the bus driver said that they have stopped taking the passengers through goibibo and they don't know why their bus name is showing on goibibo.

The bus driver said that they will not take me through that booking and they charged me ₹800 for Traveling through the same bus. So the amount of Rs 450 that I paid through goibibo was fully waste and now goibibo refused to take action for the same....

I was expecting a refund worth Rs 10,474 for airline cancellation. But Goibibo kept my money with no resolution inspite airlines approval for full refund.Its been a month but the company doesn't get on a call nor reply on tweets or mails.

I booked a ticket on Goibibo from Delhi to Varanasi. They cancelled my ticket on their own accord and it's been more than a week and yet I haven't got my refund. I was informed just on the day of the journey that my ticket got cancelled.

And it was urgent for me travel as my grandfather died and I had to be at Varanasi very next day. There has been no revert backs no follow ups. They don't even have a proper customer support system....

I have been cheated by GOIBIBO website in my last flight ticket booking. One of the customer care representative Ritik Gupta Assured me refund for system error happened from their end in 24-48 hrs.

But even after 7 days also i am not getting response from him. Whenever i call customer they are disconnecting my call in between our conversation. I had recorded voice of the conversation. I want to file case against them in consumer court....

I was booking a ticket through goibibo on 31/12/2021. However my booking was not confirmed and my amount 1125/- was deducted from my account. I have paid through PhonePe.

I have contacted to phonepe customer service where the confirmed me that money was deposited to the merchants account, for the service provided.

Transaction Id - T[Protected]Please find the attached screenshot. This is very frustrating. If the money was deposited in the goibibo account then why it is not refunded yet.

I have tried contacting goibibo customer service but there is no option to talk to them. Neither, they are replying to any mails. Can you please help me on this issue ASAP....

Last night while making certain bookings i have booked a flight of Del-indore on 26th Nov 2021 at 10.15 AM (indigo) it was. I had screen shot while making the booking and.

Payment but after payment my flight timings was changed automatically without and pop up or intimation to 5:30 AM same day. Kindly find both the screen shots attached for your reference and change my timings before prices hike.

I am not going to pay any single penny for Goibibo's mistakes. Asking them to address our concerns, they don't give a damn to revert back. Their customer care no doesn't have incoming option.

Need your serious concern and revert asap.
