There is no contact details of the customer care, no email id, one number which never allows to talk to the rep. Goibibo is fraud company, they book buses which are not even available and keep the money. the bus never shows up and neither they refund the money.
I am never letting anyone use goibibo again. worst travel experience ever. I booked a bus from Goa to Hyd, the bus did not show up, I raised request to refund the money, they closed the ticket saying refund done but I did not get any money back. booking id - GOBUSDT559120D3D.
