I have booked bus ticket through goibibo and paid the amount of 450 but when I reached to the bus the bus driver said that they have stopped taking the passengers through goibibo and they don't know why their bus name is showing on goibibo.

The bus driver said that they will not take me through that booking and they charged me ₹800 for Traveling through the same bus. So the amount of Rs 450 that I paid through goibibo was fully waste and now goibibo refused to take action for the same.
