I booked a ticket on Goibibo from Delhi to Varanasi. They cancelled my ticket on their own accord and it's been more than a week and yet I haven't got my refund. I was informed just on the day of the journey that my ticket got cancelled.

And it was urgent for me travel as my grandfather died and I had to be at Varanasi very next day. There has been no revert backs no follow ups. They don't even have a proper customer support system.
