I have been cheated by GOIBIBO website in my last flight ticket booking. One of the customer care representative Ritik Gupta Assured me refund for system error happened from their end in 24-48 hrs.
But even after 7 days also i am not getting response from him. Whenever i call customer they are disconnecting my call in between our conversation. I had recorded voice of the conversation. I want to file case against them in consumer court.
