I was booking a ticket through goibibo on 31/12/2021. However my booking was not confirmed and my amount 1125/- was deducted from my account. I have paid through PhonePe.
I have contacted to phonepe customer service where the confirmed me that money was deposited to the merchants account, for the service provided.
Transaction Id - T[Protected]Please find the attached screenshot. This is very frustrating. If the money was deposited in the goibibo account then why it is not refunded yet.
I have tried contacting goibibo customer service but there is no option to talk to them. Neither, they are replying to any mails. Can you please help me on this issue ASAP.
