I order the ring and returned it back but they are not refunding the money since its been 1 month now. They said they will return in 7 days. But it’s been month now. I don’t know why they don’t refund people money. Even they don’t receive the calls....

I purchased a silver ring and it starts blackening and color changes within 1month, silver are not supposed to change colour. Asked for a refund and no reply still. Scammed me selling fake silver with hallmark 925.
The company is not providing me with the refund, instead giving me coupons. I don't need there coupons. Fake stuff they are selling. It was a gift to my girlfriend and i felt bad because of this.
I felt humiliated. This company should provide me with refund and take there fake ring back....

I've ordered one item from Giva but they took the money. It's been almost 2 weeks no one is responding neither they delivered the product I've sent a hundred of emails texts and calls....

On dated 24.9, ordered 14 kitchen items, paid by Google pay but not received any order. i paid RS. 4934 by Google pay n order was transferred to me laljibhai. later there is no response....

I've placed order on GIVA jewellery on 16th of August for earrings and it was supposed to be delivered on 21st of August Order number:-[Protected]I'm following since 8 days but I haven't received any proper response every-time they says it'll take 24-48 hrs
I always receive msg for delivery but number of delivery person is switched off.
There's is not any option for cancellation & refund as well They're just freaking playing I've already paid and now I haven't received my order nor I'm getting refund....
