Giva.co: Not Rec'd Order

On dated 24.9, ordered 14 kitchen items, paid by Google pay but not received any order. i paid RS. 4934 by Google pay n order was transferred to me laljibhai. later there is no response.

I had ordered the earrings from jiva on 2nd November order no(#GI001338929)by paying credit card.but I didn't get it and suddenly cancellation message has arrived...it was very bad experience for me with jiva
