I've placed order on GIVA jewellery on 16th of August for earrings and it was supposed to be delivered on 21st of August Order number:-[Protected]I'm following since 8 days but I haven't received any proper response every-time they says it'll take 24-48 hrs
I always receive msg for delivery but number of delivery person is switched off.
There's is not any option for cancellation & refund as well They're just freaking playing I've already paid and now I haven't received my order nor I'm getting refund.

Same issue . I have returned the order i haven't received my refund they are not responding to mails whatsapp or even calls. So rude. They were quite active while receiving the order.purchaged a rose gold ring worth 1499
