I have messaged them on instagram dms a lot of times and messaged them on whatsapp too a number of times and i have also emailed them twice on [PROTECTED]@frenesifashion.com asking for my order status but there has been no reply. I have called them a lot of times but no one answers the calls. I have paid 1900 for the product. My order number is FNF6228# and the order was placed on 23rd dec 2023.

Its been a month and there has been no update from their side. This is absolutely disappointing. I want the product to get delivered or want a refund . They have a page on instagram called frenesifashion .The owner of the company is Tanvi Pathania I am requesting you to please look into this. The number they have provided is [Protected]....

I ordered a dress on 15th of Dec, 2023 and not yet received any tracking information since then. It’s already been more than 22 days I have ordered the dress. When I register a complain on Their email address there is still no response and also no response given on their WhatsApp No Too. And my order was worth rupees 1831. My order no. Is FNF6123#. I hope my complaint will be resolved soon.

I have been chasing after Frenesi Fashion through email, WhatsApp, and Instagram for my order (FNF5607#) since October and have yet to see any helpful response. Two of my items were simply never delivered and were confirmed to be on hold over email by Support Team themselves, but no responses were given to any of my follow up emails and the items were never received. Even just offering a refund would be enough. This is so extremely disappointing....

As per the order confirmation, I was eagerly anticipating the delivery of my product ASAP. However, to my great disappointment, the delivery has not yet transpired.

I have ordered 2 products from label frenesi fasion from their website. As the website only allows prepaid orders i had paid a hefty amount of rs 4388/-. I placed the order on 12 February 2022.

Since then there has been no status update . They have the same status as awaiting fulfillment on their website tracker. No one replies to the WhatsApp, the support emails, their Instagram messages or Facebook messages.

The owner of the company is a big thug herself. She never replies on Instagram and is looting the hard earned money of the general public. Please help me get my money back and shut down this fraud company.

I have made 2 orders 1 shirt and 1 coat. It was a prepaid order as the website does not allow cod or any other mode. I placed the order paid the money and the only communication from their end was a mail of the order i have placed.

Other than that no matter how much you try to contact them they will not reply. They are scammers. Please request me to help me resolve my issue. It's been more than 2 months trying to contact these people.

There is no update on the product I have ordered and the status is always the same - awaiting fulfillment....

I have ordered my heel sandal from this site as it appeared to be a genuine site but after making payments when i didn't receive any order confirmation message I tried to contact them in every possible way calls ,that they do no t pick, messages that have been only replied saying that send us order number and replies may take upto 24-48 hours and its been 15 days i message them on daily basis they haven't replied to any. This is very disappointing.

I am directly referring to the owner of the firm that stealing people's hard earned money and profiting from their trust wont make you the richest person on earth or you will live hundred years like a billionaire. So stop cheating people. You will face more life problems if you take on lot of curses , remember you won't get away with this filth.

If you are reading this plz make a refund because i am a working student and i cant be take this easily. If you are really a genuine company do the needful or direct remove your fake sute from everywhere you are not earning uts called cheating . I want my heel sandal or my money back amount to Rs2300 ....

FNF2832 my order number
I happened to place an order on 3rd march. They were supposed to deliver my parcel by 24th march but they have failed to attain my messages/concern over all the available platforms!!

This company is a fraud. Don't get trapped into their positive reviews. I have lost Rs 2891. Either they should address my grievance on time or should they be ready to face an RTI now!

If they cant deliver my product then refund within 7 days....
