I have been chasing after Frenesi Fashion through email, WhatsApp, and Instagram for my order (FNF5607#) since October and have yet to see any helpful response. Two of my items were simply never delivered and were confirmed to be on hold over email by Support Team themselves, but no responses were given to any of my follow up emails and the items were never received. Even just offering a refund would be enough. This is so extremely disappointing.
