I have messaged them on instagram dms a lot of times and messaged them on whatsapp too a number of times and i have also emailed them twice on [PROTECTED]@frenesifashion.com asking for my order status but there has been no reply. I have called them a lot of times but no one answers the calls. I have paid 1900 for the product. My order number is FNF6228# and the order was placed on 23rd dec 2023.

Its been a month and there has been no update from their side. This is absolutely disappointing. I want the product to get delivered or want a refund . They have a page on instagram called frenesifashion .The owner of the company is Tanvi Pathania I am requesting you to please look into this. The number they have provided is [Protected].
