I had purchased carrom board from Decathlon, via online (actually visited store, since the 520 model was out of stock in OMR store, staff assisted me in placing the order online), in the month of April 2022.

We had observed the ply at the pocket hole (only at one place) is lifted and coming up. On 23rd June we visited the store and check for the solution. The Decathlon (Old Madras Road branch) store checked and confirmed that the damage is physical could not help us.

I’m herewith attaching the photograph of the damage caused and strongly oppose the clauses of the warranty they have explained us. It is very common that the players try to take off the coins or Stricker from the hole (there is no other way I believe) and that area should be firm enough for the board to be played on.

I’m very disappointed the way I’ve been treated in this occasion, especially when I had chosen the product from Decathlon, hoping for the quality and durability....

As per law. Companies are not supposed to sell paper carry bags with their company logo but Decathlon is doing it...

Today Saturday i visited Decathlon store Secuderabad. They are not accepting the Money how can this be valid and online payment is optional. They made it as propriety and not accepting physical currency....

I had ordered 3 neck warmers from Decathlon store app.my Order ID [Protected]The cost of a neck warmer was ₹ 99 and there was ₹ 149 Delivery Charges on it, but on ordering 3 neck warmers, the Delivery Charges became ₹ 249.

This whole head is wrong, this is loot. Delivery Charges should have remained the same even after ordering 3 neck warmer warmer (₹149) while Decathlon people put ₹ 100 and Delivery Charges on it.

Thus a neck warmer of ₹ 99 cost ₹ 182. While I was ready to pay ₹ 149 Delivery Charges, still I had to pay ₹ 249 Delivery Charges under compulsion. This is to take advantage of customer's compulsion. It should be stopped.

And I should be refunded my extra delivery money. I also e-mailed them, but they could not give satisfactory answer even on e-mail. They said that we charge Delivery Charges according to the weight, whereas the weight of my ordered neck warmer was not even 100 grams.

And he said "The delivery charges might differ as per the volumetric measurement of the product is more than 45cm which will reflect at the time of checkout. Volumetric weight is calculated as below : Volumetric Weight (kg) : (L*B*H)/5000 (where length/bredth/height are in cm) Despite all this, my delivery charges do not make ₹ 249....

my name is tina sapawat. sir i purchased 3 products from decathlon. but some kind of issue like size, and default i returned the product on 25th and pick up man not update in system. my money rs 2300 is stuck and not refund yet.

Last 10 days decathlon customer care service giving me only date and make me fool. they are not interested in my issue and not taking any serious action. sir/ ma'am please help me i am so tired with decathlon service.they give me date and date.

They are not taking my issue seriously. All 3 products refund not receiving....

I booked an order amounting Rs 48000 on decathelon India the delivery date was 28th august 2021 yet they have not delivered it.i booked an another order which was of smaller amount and it was delivered.Then on 29 august i called decathelon india but they gave excuses that ur area pin code is not serviceable.

Then i told them i already have gt one order from ur site and that too which was ordered on a later date.Now on 31 august they have changed the previous order and are delivering me the accessories but not the 40000 bike and also unilaterally refunded an item with the excuse that item is not available.

If it was not available then why did they took the order online..kindly take action against them for online fraud and deceit....

I purchased clothing items. And than i return back some product through govt of india post. And i hv completed all the formalities. I hv receipt of store with stamp who received the parcel. Its more than 2 months they are not refunding my amount. I request you please look in this matter. Thanku...
