I had purchased carrom board from Decathlon, via online (actually visited store, since the 520 model was out of stock in OMR store, staff assisted me in placing the order online), in the month of April 2022.

Product delivered on 11th April 2022.
We had observed the ply at the pocket hole (only at one place) is lifted and coming up. On 23rd June we visited the store and check for the solution. The Decathlon (Old Madras Road branch) store checked and confirmed that the damage is physical could not help us.
I’m herewith attaching the photograph of the damage caused and strongly oppose the clauses of the warranty they have explained us. It is very common that the players try to take off the coins or Stricker from the hole (there is no other way I believe) and that area should be firm enough for the board to be played on.
I’m very disappointed the way I’ve been treated in this occasion, especially when I had chosen the product from Decathlon, hoping for the quality and durability.
