I have paid Rs. 999.00 on 04.01.2022 and till date i have not received the product. It is 6+6 clothes arranger. As per my online account the details is OTHPG[Protected]RAZ* carteefy Pathankot.

All these days i waited but in vain. Request to look into the matter and get a refund at the earliest....

From Mumbai, I placed order No. 9108 with [PROTECTED]@shop.com for six wardrobe bags (plus they mentioned six free with an order of six wardrob bags) for Rs 999/- in response to an advertisement that came in between the Scrabble game that I was playing.

Carteefy promised six free wardrobe bags with an order of six for Rs 999 but what they sent in sealed parcel was only six wardrobe bags (after I had paid the cash on delivery) and not the extra six that they had promised for free.

Mails sent to the email id they give (mentioned above) bounce back and they do not mention any date or address in any of their communication or bill or even on their parcel cover.

All that is mentioned on the parcel is Sold by TrendNetic Creations. I request that they send the extra six wardrobe bags that they promised for free as consumers will lose faith in such online sales offering free items for items ordered.

Also, detailed communication address, correct email id to communicate with and phone numbers should also be mentioned so that buyers can communicate with sellers and lodge complaints if any and to ensure genuineness of sellers....

Ordered WARDROBE ORGANIZER STORAGE BOXES (PACK OF 6) (Buy 6 Get 6 Free) × 1 vide their order no:13572 on 13.01.2022. But till date no response. I have sent humteen email to their address...

You can send me wrong item which can i ordered I had request to replace my order on your site and I said if you cant replace my order you refund me and you cant reply me.

I had ordered storage boxes 6*6 from carteefy on 5/1/2022. I haven’t received a single update regarding confirmation nor shipping details. Had complained numerous times over the site but till date no revert has been received from their side.

I had paid an amount of 999 via google pay....

I had placed an order for the storage boxes and I did receive the product but on opening, I realized that they are taking the customers for a ride as there were only 6 pieces instead of the promised 6+6.

I probably got the product delivered as I had opted for COD but I should have been smart enough to open the packet before making the payment. Please be careful while placing orders on this site....

I had ordered ( order no. 10606 ) a product from carteefy.com the goods received were defective. The company email for return and cancellation keeps blocking and returning my email. I have incurred a loss of Rs. 999. Further there is no contact number or mailing address of the company on their website.
