From Mumbai, I placed order No. 9108 with [PROTECTED]@shop.com for six wardrobe bags (plus they mentioned six free with an order of six wardrob bags) for Rs 999/- in response to an advertisement that came in between the Scrabble game that I was playing.

Carteefy promised six free wardrobe bags with an order of six for Rs 999 but what they sent in sealed parcel was only six wardrobe bags (after I had paid the cash on delivery) and not the extra six that they had promised for free.

Mails sent to the email id they give (mentioned above) bounce back and they do not mention any date or address in any of their communication or bill or even on their parcel cover.

All that is mentioned on the parcel is Sold by TrendNetic Creations. I request that they send the extra six wardrobe bags that they promised for free as consumers will lose faith in such online sales offering free items for items ordered.

Also, detailed communication address, correct email id to communicate with and phone numbers should also be mentioned so that buyers can communicate with sellers and lodge complaints if any and to ensure genuineness of sellers.
