On May 15th, 2023, I made the decision to subscribe to an internet plan with Airtel Xstream, largely influenced by the enticing claims they had made in their advertisements and during our phone discussions. Their marketing pitch underscored the superiority of a fiber network, emphasizing the advantage of symmetrical connection speeds, where uploads and downloads would be equally swift. This prospect held great appeal for me, but regrettably, the reality I encountered was far removed from these rosy assurances. Instead of the promised fiber network, I found myself connected to a notably slower copper network.

Determined to resolve this situation, I initiated numerous attempts to communicate with Airtel Xstream's customer support. However, my endeavors thus far have been marred by extended delays and an utter lack of concrete solutions. Each interaction with their support team yielded nothing more than vague promises of an imminent upgrade. Shockingly, more than 70 days have transpired since my initial complaint, and there has been no discernible progress or improvement in my internet service.

What exacerbates this predicament further is the fact that Airtel Xstream continues to charge the same rates for this obsolete technology as they would for the latest, cutting-edge technology. This has only added to my frustration, as I expected a premium service commensurate with the price I was paying. The ramifications of this deviation from the promised service level have proven highly disruptive to my daily activities, particularly those that hinge on a balanced and dependable internet connection. The absence of the fiber network they assured me of has caused considerable inconvenience and has led to a significant erosion of my initial trust in Airtel Xstream's commitment to providing a superior internet experience....

Sales person bharat called for connection and i paid 3000 for connection. Service technician visited and said service was unavailable in my area and said refund will get in 5 days. Its been 10 days i did not get any refund and customer people are not responding in spite of calling many times....

I have purchased airtel dth and airtel fiber connection. My internet stopped by airtel last 4 days. I am suffering with work from home without internet. They are not ready to resolve issue against too much charges of connection. It is totally fraud with Customer about services against too much charges....

I applied for a Airtel Black fiber + dth plan1099 yesterday 28 May 2022. I sales executive initiated the process and i got a link to make online payment. I made a payment of INR-2000

They committed to give the connection yesterday itself, however they didn't respond properly after the sale is closed. Today a service engineer came and installed the dth, however there is no response from the broadband team.

When called the customer service they are saying that they won't be able to give the connection as there is no box in my locality. They should have made proper checks before taking money from me, because of Airtel's commitment I disconnected my broadband connection with ACT....

Maine jab se broadband ka connection liya hai tb se kuch na kuch problem ho rha hai, kve net he nhi chalta customer care se batt kro to srf bolte hai ho jayga sir within 4 hrs or kch nhi hota.

Maine kal ratt me recharge kiya hai or ave tk koi action nhi + mai February 2022 se may 2022 me airtel customer care ko 2000 time call kiya hounga this is fraud and scam too na he airtel pr koi validity show krta hai.

Totally wastage of my time, money and mental harassment....

On 13/5/2022 i took a airtel fibre connection for office but they failed to give connection till now every day i am calling them but no response from airtel daily they are telling we will solve their problem with in 24 hours but no solution....

I had contacted Airtel broadband to handover the connection, instead of sending someone to handover the router they have increased my bill and telling me to pay. They had already cancelled my connection I have not used ever since February and now why should I pay? Connection no is [Protected].

The bill is 1200, is the bill for keeping a switched off router ? I do not understand why even after contacting them that I do not need the service back in February they have the audacity to charge me to keep the inactive router?

This is not acceptable at all. I am really frustrated with Airtel. They make stupid promises before taking the connection and instead of taking back the router and giving back the deposit charges they are charging me.

People should really learn how to cater to customers from Airtel and as per them I had been an esteemed customer as per them and look the behaviour they are exhibiting towards me.

This is just not inappropriate and unethical , why should I pay for not using their internet ? Please help at the earliest. I will not pay them a single penny....

Our airtel extreme fibre is always out of function we raised complaint more than 500 times but no action is taken against this.Our full colony is fed up with this...

I've changed my internet plan from 100 Mbps to 200 Mbps so that I might find ease in my work and have a good internet connection. But since beginning of this year I'm not satisfied with the speed Airtel is providing.

I've raised dozens of service requests but they closed it without checking on it. In my 200 Mbps plan, I'm getting like only 50 Mbps of speed. They say there might be 20-25% of fluctuations but this ain't 25% it more than double of that.

Since 2 months I'm facing this issue and its already the third month going on. Please look into this matter and possibly provide me the justice. I've already made dozens of contact to the customer support.

I've even contacted the team leader of customer support. But they only make promises of eradicating my issue but in reality it never happens. Even after complaining so many times, how can not they listen.

I've even made so many tweets and emails to the concerned authorities but they never helped out. I seriously want a permanent resolution and want my refund for the torture I've gone through these months of neglecting behavior of the company.

Please do the needful and provide me justice. Thank you....

Airtel Xstream fiber is not working for almost 10 days and they are not giving a satisfactory reason for why the broadband is down. They are saying that there is a fiber cut but the fiber cut is resolved for more than 4 days....
