I applied for a Airtel Black fiber + dth plan1099 yesterday 28 May 2022. I sales executive initiated the process and i got a link to make online payment. I made a payment of INR-2000
They committed to give the connection yesterday itself, however they didn't respond properly after the sale is closed. Today a service engineer came and installed the dth, however there is no response from the broadband team.
When called the customer service they are saying that they won't be able to give the connection as there is no box in my locality. They should have made proper checks before taking money from me, because of Airtel's commitment I disconnected my broadband connection with ACT.
