I've changed my internet plan from 100 Mbps to 200 Mbps so that I might find ease in my work and have a good internet connection. But since beginning of this year I'm not satisfied with the speed Airtel is providing.
I've raised dozens of service requests but they closed it without checking on it. In my 200 Mbps plan, I'm getting like only 50 Mbps of speed. They say there might be 20-25% of fluctuations but this ain't 25% it more than double of that.
Since 2 months I'm facing this issue and its already the third month going on. Please look into this matter and possibly provide me the justice. I've already made dozens of contact to the customer support.
I've even contacted the team leader of customer support. But they only make promises of eradicating my issue but in reality it never happens. Even after complaining so many times, how can not they listen.
I've even made so many tweets and emails to the concerned authorities but they never helped out. I seriously want a permanent resolution and want my refund for the torture I've gone through these months of neglecting behavior of the company.
Please do the needful and provide me justice. Thank you.
