Airtel Xstream Fiber: Charging Bill For Inactive Connection

I had contacted Airtel broadband to handover the connection, instead of sending someone to handover the router they have increased my bill and telling me to pay. They had already cancelled my connection I have not used ever since February and now why should I pay? Connection no is [Protected].

The bill is 1200, is the bill for keeping a switched off router ? I do not understand why even after contacting them that I do not need the service back in February they have the audacity to charge me to keep the inactive router?

This is not acceptable at all. I am really frustrated with Airtel. They make stupid promises before taking the connection and instead of taking back the router and giving back the deposit charges they are charging me.

People should really learn how to cater to customers from Airtel and as per them I had been an esteemed customer as per them and look the behaviour they are exhibiting towards me.

This is just not inappropriate and unethical , why should I pay for not using their internet ? Please help at the earliest. I will not pay them a single penny.
